The Soil...
Integral Gardening starts where we are - in the body.  Often overlooked or suppressed in our contemporary culture, Zayin's work uses the simple presence of touch to help individuals access the full potential of their vital primary energy.  

Clients are led through Interactive Embodied Meditations which are used to explore how this energy of the Soil can be creatively expressed and integrated at all levels of their being.  

The work is designed not only to teach clients how to express this energy as a creative force in their every day lives, but also as a bridge to the deepest dimension of their reality... the the lower world, Life itself, the Soil.  

Engendering transparency at all the levels of being listed below, these meditations act as catalysts for grounded spiritual growth.

The Hummingbird Way...
Based on a process of interactive embodied meditation (touch), this work renders each of the centers above transparent to themselves.  It is named for the hummingbird, who for its size, has a heart larger than anyone else on the planet.  This heart acts as our guide, located between the creative force of the Vital and the clarity of the Mental.  Here we can see a localized version of the Gardener standing in between the Soil and the Sun.  Those persons facilitating The Hummingbird Way nurture a radical shift and transformation in themselves, with the understanding that this is the only real way to affect lasting change and transformation in the world at large. As we get our hands in the dirt, working to bring about our own integral expressions, we naturally find ourselves helping others drawn to nurture the very edges of their potential.  Zayin works closely with Marina Ramero and Ramon Albareda, whose work animates this Life centered process. They are the founders of Estel, a center of personal transformation and integral studies in Barcelona, Spain. Their work informs much of Zayin's Integral Gardening.
